1. Ordering from Gramp’s Asia Online Store
a) You can place an order for products on www.grampsasia.com by filling out the required details on the checkout page and clicking the “place order” button. All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit. Deliveries outside Malaysia are available only to Singapore. Goods supplied are not for resale. We are not obligated to accept your order; however, we generally do so if the product is available, the order reflects current pricing, and your payment is success.
b) The display of any product on our website does not constitute an offer to sell. Your response serves as the offer. Consequently, we are not obligated to sell you any product that might be listed at a price lower than intended by us.
2. Payment
a) You confirm that all the information you provide to us for purchasing products is accurate, that the credit or debit card, account, or other payment method you use is yours, and that there are sufficient funds or credit available to cover the cost of the products. We reserve the right to validate your payment details before fulfilling your order.
b) Please complete the form at www.grampsasia.com/checkout-2 and provide your personal information to facilitate shipment. We respect your
privacy; kindly review our Privacy Policy www.grampsasia.com/privacy-policy-2 before placing your order.
3. Prices
All prices exclude delivery charges unless stated otherwise.
4. Acceptance of Order
You will receive an email notification once we have received your order. When your product is ready for shipment, you will receive a Shipment Notification email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the shipping status of your order.
5. Cancellation
Order cancellation requests must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of placing your order (“Grace Period”) by contacting us via email
at sales@grampsasia.com. Cancellation requests made after the grace period will not be considered. We retain the absolute discretion to approve or reject your cancellation request. If approved, you will be responsible for an administrative charge, the amount of which will be determined by us before cancellation. No cancellation requests will be accepted once your orders have been shipped to your specified shipping address.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We strive to prepare your order within two (2) working days of its acceptance. If this is not possible, we will notify you and, unless stated otherwise, ensure that your order is delivered within a minimum of three (3) days from acceptance for Klang Valley. For other parts of Malaysia and Singapore, please refer to our Shipping and Delivery Policy at www.grampsasia.com/shipping-delivery. All deliveries will be made to the address specified in your order. At our discretion and expense, we may deliver parts of your order separately. Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received full payment. If we
are unable to deliver the products to the specified address for any reason (other than our fault), we will notify you and store the products at your risk. Should you wish us to redeliver the products, you will need to cover the delivery charges.
7. Fulfilment and Replacement
We have established a good order fulfilment system for all orders made on this website. However, 2 order fulfilment issues may happen: Product Damaged During Shipment or Incorrect Product Fulfilment. Please refer to our Fulfilment and Replacement Policy at www.grampsasia.com/fulfillment-replacement
8. Others
We reserve the right to amend any terms and conditions herein at our discretion whenever we deem it necessary and appropriate. All amendments will be published on the Website.
